I was introduced to Real Estate by my older Sister who was the right hand of Broker /Owner Freddie Spellacy of Real Estate by Spellacy & associates Realtors for nearly 20 years. In the late 70’s I was a receptionist at two of Freddie’s offices, one in Highland and one in Grand Terrace. Learning the inside workings of a Real Estate office and getting to meet some very successful Realtors and Brokers, I was too young to appreciate what was at my fingertips.

In late 1999 while battling an illness I went to work for my husband Ken, Sales Manager at Real Estate by Spellacy & associates Realtors as his assistant. Without a Real Estate license assistants are very limited to what they can do and say, it was then I decided I wanted my own license so that I too could help people.

I studied Real Estate through the Realty Institute in San Bernardino. I passed the State of California Department of Real Estate exam in April 2001 and received my license in May 2001. I am pursuing my Brokers license and look forward to achieving that in the near future. I am proud and excited to say I’m a Realtor!

I went to work for Real Estate by Spellacy & associates where I was surrounded by some of the best the industry has seen. My short time with them gave me the education and experience I needed to be a multi million dollar producer in Listings and Sales.

In March 2004 with my Clients in mind I made the move to Realty Benefit. Being a one woman office for two year’s taught me so many valuable lessons. The experience taught me that it is not a company name that makes a Realtor successful. It is their hard work and dedication to their Clients needs before, during and after a transaction, treating every transaction as if it were their own. In April 2006 I returned to R.E. by Spellacy, thanking Freddie and Ken for allowing me that chance to grow and welcoming me back.

It is and has been an exciting and challenging time in Real Estate. Real Estate is an ever changing business and it is my job to stay educated in all aspects of the industry. Continuing education and numerous seminars help me stay informed for my Clients.
